We understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy for all bookings made through the Old Phuket Farm website. Please review these terms before completing your booking.

No refund will be issued
To cancel your booking, please contact us through one of the following methods with your booking reference number:
Please include your full name, email address, booking date, and booking reference number in your cancellation request. We will confirm your cancellation via email.
The cancellation window is based on the scheduled start time of your tour. For example, if your tour is at 11:00 AM, the 48-hour window closes at 11:00 AM two days prior.
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method (Stripe). Please allow the following timeframes for the refund to appear:
If you do not show up for your scheduled tour without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued. We encourage you to contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
In certain exceptional circumstances, we may offer full refunds or rescheduling regardless of the cancellation window:
If you would like to change the date or time of your booking instead of cancelling, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Modifications are subject to availability and may not always be possible.
