We understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy for all bookings made through the Old Phuket Farm website. Please review these terms before completing your booking.

48+ Hours Before Visit
Full refund of the booking amount
24–48 Hours Before Visit
Partial refund of the booking amount
Less Than 24 Hours
No refund will be issued
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your booking, please contact us through one of the following methods with your booking reference number:

Please include your full name, email address, booking date, and booking reference number in your cancellation request. We will confirm your cancellation via email.
Cancellation Timing
The cancellation window is based on the scheduled start time of your tour. For example, if your tour is at 11:00 AM, the 48-hour window closes at 11:00 AM two days prior.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method (Stripe). Please allow the following timeframes for the refund to appear:
- Processing time: 5–10 business days from the date your cancellation is confirmed.
- Bank statement: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 1–2 billing cycles to reflect on your statement.
No-Shows
If you do not show up for your scheduled tour without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued. We encourage you to contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
Special Circumstances
In certain exceptional circumstances, we may offer full refunds or rescheduling regardless of the cancellation window:
- Farm-initiated cancellations: If Old Phuket Farm cancels a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Medical emergencies: We consider requests on a case-by-case basis with documentation.
- Natural disasters or force majeure: Full refunds or rescheduling will be offered for events beyond anyone's control.
Booking Modifications
If you would like to change the date or time of your booking instead of cancelling, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Modifications are subject to availability and may not always be possible.
