Terms and Conditions

All bookings made through our website are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email with your booking reference number.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
• Bookings are made for specific dates and tour times. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
• Children aged 4–12 are eligible for child pricing. Children under 4 enter free of charge. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Group bookings of 10 or more people may be eligible for special rates. Please contact us directly for group inquiries.

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB). Payment is processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• We accept major credit cards and debit cards via Stripe.
• All transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
• You may receive a receipt via email after successful payment.

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• 48+ hours before the visit: Full refund.
• 24–48 hours before the visit: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before the visit: No refund.

Visitors are expected to behave responsibly and follow instructions from our staff during all activities. Old Phuket Farm is not responsible for:

• Personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during your visit, except where caused by our negligence.
• Delays, cancellations, or changes to tours caused by weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Any allergic reactions or health issues arising from participation in activities. Visitors with known allergies or medical conditions should inform our staff before the tour.
